Position: Finance Operations Executive

Location: Raffles Place - EW14|NS26 MRT

Salary: Up to $17/hr

Job Description:

• Process vendor invoices, staff expenses, and corporate card transactions.
• Manage tax-related payment requirements.
• Handle intercompany billing and settlement with subsidiaries and branches.
• Review and reconcile temporary accounts.
• Prepare reports for vendor spend and staff reimbursements.
• Manage monthly closing of Accounts Payable system.
• Attend to common mailbox and staff queries.
• Participate in implementing system functionalities and enhancements.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies and procedures.
• Engage in project work, including process improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage production activities by reviewing daily production data.
• Work closely with engineering to improve on machine down time and yield.
• Managing a group of supervisors and production personnel for driving productivity and cost improvement.
• Assured employees are properly trained and disciplined for procedure compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher or its equivalent with min 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Related knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding is required.
• Possess initiative, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proven leadership ability to lead the team in daily operations requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
