Roles & Responsibilities:

Top Manage and oversee night Domestic Operation

• Supervise and Lead daily operation
• Ensure all activities are in accordance to SOPs
• Manpower planning/deployment for daily operations
• Manage and grooming of employees
• Liaising with vendor for contractor support for picking activities
• Ensure all orders are picked and completed on the same day without any spillover/backlog
• Updating of daily/weekly/monthly Reports
• Ensure daily operations are planned to maximize operational and cost efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in supply chain management/warehousing
• 5 years of warehouse experience with at least 3 years in supervisory role
• Well verse in Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask

Monthly Basic Salary : $ 2,500 - $3,000

General Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assist the Bar Manager as well as Assistant Manager in the day-to-day functions at the outlet.

- Lead the team and ensure that provide efficient and excellent service to customers at all times.

- Actively up-sell the menu and possess a thorough of the restaurant menu.

- Interacting with customers, take orders and serving food and drinks.

- Constantly strives to satisfy all customers that patronize the outlet.

- To support Reservations Host/Hostess and the rest of Operations team members at the outlet.

- Assist managers in staff training on food and beverage offering, bar operational procedures and quality service standards.

- Assist with bar opening and closing duties. Tasks will range and not be limited at cleaning and clearing tables, table set-up and polishing silverware.

- Maintenance of the outlet hygiene and cleanliness standards.

- Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the service process.

- Ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was ended.

- Reports to managers when encountered any issue during the service.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years and above of work experience as a Floor Supervisor in F&B Restaurant/Bar/Fine Dining Restaurant.

Oversee and manage the efficient running and profitability of the outlet in line with the branch standards, while meeting the employee, company’s and customers’ expectations.

Assist the manager to supervise the effective control of food & beverages, inventory and labour cost to ensure that the operational expenditures stay within the budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly.

2. Knowledge of operating cleaning machines, scrubbers, hi-jet, etc, and able to provide training to cleaners on how to use cleaning machines.

3. Assist Manager on the establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for cleaners and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures.

4. Be the first contact person to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
