Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement software.

Roles & Responsibilities

A) DIRECTS AND COORDINATES OPERATIONS WITHIN THE COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURE;

B) RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL FOR THE PROJECT;

E) PREPARES A LABOR HOUR ESTIMATE FOR THE PIPING EFFORT;

F) PREPARES A MATERIAL COST ESTIMATE FOR ALL PIPING ITEMS TO PERFORM PROJECT COSTING RELATED REPORTING TO THE MANAGEMENTS TO REVIEW MONTHLY TO ENSURE THAT EXPENDITURES ARE KEPT WITHIN THE PROJECT BUDGET;

G) RESPONSIBLE IN CONTROLLING AND MONITORING THE PROJECT TOTAL EXPENDITURE INCLUDING VERIFYING AND CHECKING OF INVOICES AND CLAIMS TO ENSURE THAT ALL PROJECT EXPENDITURES ARE CAPTURED AND PROPERLY RECORDED;

H) PREPARES AND PROVIDES PLANNING AND COST CONTROLLING SUPPORT FOR ALL PROJECTS WHICH INCLUDES VARIATION REPORTING, MONITORING OF PROGRESS TO THE PREPARATION OF CUSTOMER BILLING PROCESSES;

Job Descriptions:

1. Co-ordinate and liaise with respective subsidiaries regarding group consolidation matters.
2. Ensure subsidiaries submit consolidation packages in a timely manner.
3. Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, and consolidate financial statements of the Group in accordance with IFRS and Group requirements.
4. Prepare the statement of group cash flow, necessary supporting schedules, and announcements for SGX on quarter-end and year-end closing.
5. Ensure group consolidation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Prepare the board file quarterly.
7. Assist in the preparation of the annual report, annual general meeting (AGM), and extraordinary general meeting (EGM).
8. Assist in the preparation of the Sustainability Report.
9. Assist in simplifying the monthly consolidation package.
10. Prepare the consolidation of the group's annual budget and forecast.
11. Assist in coordinating and liaising with external auditors for all group matters and issues.
12. Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and standards (Financial Reporting Standards and Tax Act).
13. Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.
14. Handle any ad-hoc matters as assigned.

Secondary (10%):

1. Manage a local subsidiary and its affiliates, overseeing various areas.
2. Review payment vouchers and staff claims.
3. Review financial reports to ensure compliance with overall group reporting and prescribed standards.
4. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budgeted financial reports.
5. Monthly preparation of board pack materials and conduct monthly board meetings.
6. Review GST reports for monthly or quarterly filing to IRAS.
7. Oversee yearly stock take exercises.
8. Review year-end closing and audit schedules, including liaison with auditors and tax agents.
9. Coordinate and liaise on the yearly financial budget and forecast.
10. Review daily cash flow.
11. Perform detailed GPM analysis on a project basis.
12. Travel to overseas subsidiaries may be required.
13. Handle any ad-hoc matters as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or ACCA, or its equivalent.
• Proficient in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and/or International Financial
• Reporting Standards and group consolidation.
• Minimum of 5 years of related working experience. Experience in Group
• Consolidation under a Listed Company is preferred. Familiar with the analysis of group results and SGX reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP System will be an added advantage.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

· Register in SAP (or equivalent) all company accounts (invoices, receipts, expenses claims, petty cash, etc)

· Keep registration of company financial accounts

· Bank accounts and petty cash reconciliation & Control and posting of Corporate credit card

· Prepare all relevant information for accounting consultant to file all declarations

· Handle and process employees’ petty cash claims and expenses claims

· Handle cheque issuance and payment matters

· Prepare monthly & quarterly GST returns

· Perform day to day financial transactions and processing functions such as AP & AR

· Assist in month end closing activities

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

· At least 2 years' experience working as a site accountant/ finance personnel

· Preferably with construction industry experience

· Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office

· Good time management and meticulous

· Highly motivated, organized and independent individual
