Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse coordinators in executing warehouse operations.
• Responsible for overseeing and administrating the program in its entirety.
• Ensure the timely completion of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Strategically plan and organize operations to consistently meet customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Maintain general housekeeping and uphold safety and equipment standards in the warehouse.
• Coordinate the movement of staff for various activities when necessary.
• Ensure the seamless flow of all shipment and warehouse activities.
• Manage stock issuance, receipt, and packaging.
• Responsible for planning incoming and outgoing orders.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, annual financial close and related management reports with high accuracy and timely completion

• Supports in any other ad-hoc tasks or related Finance projects e.g., involve in system migration exercises, reconciliation of jobs or balance sheet items, etc.
