• Assist and support Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of project

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry (WSHMCI). Previously Known as SUPERVISE CONSTRUCTION WORK FOR WSH (SCW / BCSS)
• At least 5 year(s) working experience in Civil Engineering
• Preferably with Class 3 driving licence
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitide, initiative, independent and pro-active

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

• Handle organisations GLs & month-end closing, preparation and updating of consolidated schedules, including management accounts
• Handles funding receivables and/or grants management
• Review Services and prepare HQs accounting entries
• Responsible for monthly intra-company transactions and reconciliations
• Computes quarterly GST for submission to IRAS
• Handle and liaise with external and internal auditors
• Review, liaise and communicate with the different Services/departments on accounting requirements
• Responsible for record keeping e.g. funding agreements, contracts, tenancy agreements and etc
• Handles ROU accounting
• Handles Fixed Assets
• Attend to ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned from time to time.

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience on hands-on exposure
• Knowledge and experience in using and managing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is essential
• Demonstrate good skills, knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work under pressure associated with monthly, quarterly, annual closing of accounts and financial audits
• Ability to liaise with and work across departments is essential
• Highly motivated and able to work independently is essential
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

English and Chinese speaking environment

Class 2/3 license

Deployment of workers to site and control of materials and machines

Attend site meeting and weekly office meeting

BCSS certificate

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct leadership, supervise and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure that high level of cleanliness, quality and services is achieved and maintained under the required cleaning standards compliance.
• Deploy staff to respective area and conduct daily briefing and ensure staff are up to date with daily information and instructions.
• Conduct daily inspections of all areas under supervision to ensure that all assignments are carried through.
• Plan roster and keep track on overtime performed by housekeepers.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations. Promptly report accidents / incidents to the superior without delay.
• Assist in recruitment & staff training.

Requirements:

• Secondary School Education or closely related field with minimum 3 or more years of supervisory experiences in a hospital environment, facility services industry or commercial contracts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging hospital environment and with the ability to organize, manage, supervising a small group of staff for facility services projects.
• Able to work on weekends and shift work.
