• Supporting Home petty cash management
• Carry out bank transactions on behalf of HQ and Home
• Manage vendor, procurement, expense reporting, and payment processes for Home
• Record and reconcile HQ and Home donations
• Maintain accounting software records for HQ and Home
• Participate in department trainings, meetings, projects at HQ
• Generate reports and ensure accurate filing for audit purposes
• Responsible for administrative function of Finance Department at HQ
• Prepare, evaluate, and support submission of grant related applications and reports

2. Candidate Requirements

• Minimum “N” or “O”, Nitec or Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business or any related field
• Have experience with any accounting software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

· Assist in month end closing including review of financial reports and prepare commentaries

· Handling mall vouchers and promotions recording and reimbursement for all stores including queries from stores or other stakeholders

· Assist in monthly cashflow forecast

· Handle queries on payment, billing and sales issue by coordinating with stores, share service team and external parties.

· Assist to prepare information for statutory audit, internal audit and income tax submission

· Support day to day finance operations including liaise with various internal and external parties on finance related matters

· Assist in administrative works such as filing and mails

· Handle other ad hoc duties

· Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Key competencies

· Degree or professional qualifications in Finance / Accounting

· Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity in retail/FMCG industry

· Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and controls

· Hands-on, analytical, accurate and meticulous

· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

· Positive attitude, independent, self-starter, detail oriented, good communication skills, strong team player and able to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment

· Proficiency in Excel and experience in SAP will be an added advantage

What we're looking for

• Diploma level in Architectural / Architectural Technology, Engineering
• 4-5 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure or construction supervision/design consultancy within the built environment sector
• Familiarity with AutoCAD drafting and 3D Sketchup software is advantageous

• Supervise carpentry staff and provide direction
• Monitor and inspect work to ensure quality
• Perform maintenance, repairs, or installation of carpentry projects
