1) Receive, understand/record and ensure customers’ service needs attended.

Roles & Responsibilities

•To Identify target markets and sales opportunities (Foreigners and expatriates residing locally)
•Develop relationships with targeted market segments (Foreigners and expatriates residing locally)
•Build and maintain targeted client bases, keeping current client plans up-to-date and acquiring new clients on an ongoing basis
•Maintain relationship with clients and prospective clients by contacting/meeting with them periodically
•Explaining/Giving advice to clients and prospective clients the types of services / investment products and the responsibilities to be taken by the Financial Services Consultant.
•Interview clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop a financial plan
•Research and investigate available insurance/investment products to determine whether they fit into financial plans of clients
•Recommend financial planning strategies to clients to achieve their financial goals and objectives
•Implement financial planning recommendations to clients or prospective clients
•Arranging contracts of insurance for clients with the company
•Collecting initial premium from clients for the company
•Maintain persistency of sales in in-force policies

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Answering phone calls and replying emails, providing retail prices and information

requested by customers and the service department.

2. Attending to our technicians’ and customers’ inquiries and requests for spare parts at the

parts counter.

3. To raise parts ordering request forms for customers’ cars as requested by service

advisors/technicians via Power Apps.

4. Monitoring and updating the Senior Parts Advisor/Supervisor on stocking level based on

movement.
