Responsibilities:

• Assist team on risk management education and fundamental analysis material.
• Assist team to prepare marketing and promotion material.
• Help desk to follow up and update on client KYC, periodical review, etc.
• Prepare and update market interest summary.
• Assist account application process after clients agreed with authorized dealers to open account with us.
• Post NLT booking and coordinate with Risk/TPS on acct and limit set up.
• Follow up with client to resolve margin deficit and assist client funding.
• Post OTC trades in Murex system after trades been confirmed by authorized dealers.
• Establish up-to-date records of commission rates and refreshing every quarter to ensure consistency.
• Providing daily trades fill recaps & weekly working GTC orders updates, to remind internal and external what has been traded and what orders are still working.
• Checking of client statements versus fill emails sent the day previous
• Calculating the volume of trades traded each day and our market share.

Qualification:

• Able to communicate with both English and Chinese speaking clients
• Candidates with financial institution experience is a plus.
• Hard working and willingness to learn.
• Proactive and can handle pressure.
• Meticulous & detail-orientated
• Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
