Roles & Responsibilities

• Report to CEO and overseeing a team and be responsible for all finance activities.
• Prepare annual report, ensuring compliance to the SGX listing requirements and adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance
• Work closely with the Group’s external auditors to ensure Group’s accounts are in compliance with legislation and regulations
• Prepare timely and accurate group financial reports for the management and perform variance analysis
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of reports across the Group, in accordance with the relevant accounting standards.

Qualification
