As an Operations process analysit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products within the warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee inventory operations, coordinate with various teams, and contribute to the seamless functioning of the fulfilment process. Provide day-to-day operational support, ensuring smooth customer servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control:

Implement and maintain effective inventory management procedures.

Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.

Monitor and analyse inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Collaborate with the purchasing team to optimize stock levels based on demand forecasts.

Order Fulfilment:

Coordinate with the order processing team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer expectations.

Implement and optimize order processing workflows for efficiency.

Warehouse Organization:

Implement and maintain an organized warehouse layout for efficient product storage and retrieval.

Ensure proper labelling and signage for easy identification of products.

Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.

Collaboration and Communication:

Plan and coordinate logistics for channel-related activities, events, and campaigns.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure everyone is aware of inventory status and any potential challenges.

Performance Analysis:

Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.

Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency.

Continuous Improvement:

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in warehouse and inventory management.
Ad-hoc Duties:

Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.

Job Description:

• Assist in new / modified materials and process development program.
• Perform microbiological / environmental / chemical analysis pertaining to product release, project and validation related testing.
• Ensure that all tests are performed in accordance with written procedures.
• Isolate and identify unusual contamination and their sources.
• Write test method validation protocols for processes in which microbiological control is of significance.
• Ensure documented sterilization procedures are provided.
• Monitor the operation of sterilization facilities.
• Appointed as a trainer on identified subject matter expert. Train new Lab staff.
• Assessment of training effectiveness for new Lab Junior Technicians / Technicians.
• Supervise junior technicians / technicians during testing and that will also include equipment troubleshooting, equipment failure handling and investigation.
• Support Lab consumables purchase, inventory and control expenditure.
• Assist in investigating microbiological / environmental / chemical analysis failure investigation. (not pertaining to Singapore site).
• Conduct or review internal calibration and maintain calibration master list.
• Verify tagging status and certificate of analysis for product release.
• Verification test results obtained by QA Lab Junior Technician / QA Lab Technician.
• Troubleshooting when equipment breakdown or malfunction.
• Ensure and verify chemical mixing process is performed in accordance with written procedures.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior if required.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or in a related discipline.
• Ability to work independently and willing to perform overtime when required to support the manufacturing operations.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
• Good communication and writing skill.
• Required to work in cleanroom environment.
• Able to perform shift work (Day and night shift).

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for delivering Corporate IT MES System changes and enhancement from analysis to solution design to development adhering to Project management methodology and change management.
• Responsibility include system monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution and coordination with end user and site co-ordination.
• Able to identify improvement areas and implement improvement plan by close engagement with site business stakeholder and system owner.
• Provide cross-functional leadership (for senior position) and vendor or internal interaction to troubleshoot, analyze and develop solution for problem involving integrated systems.
• Provide training to enable 1st line support equipped with appropriate knowledge/skill to provide frontline operation support for production.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering/ equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hand-on in software application development.
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScripting, Node JS and Angular JS development with PLSQL scripting in Oracle environment.
• Experience in handling manufacturing operation especially in Electronics Manufacturing and MES systems.
• Experience with DotNet VB application development will be preferred.
• Experience in administering and managing Linux and Oracle environment.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for performing daily SAP helpdesk support, trouble-shooting on SAP reports and EDI/B2B issues for local & regional operations.
• Responsible for all SAP ABAP development, EDI and B2B-BizTalk development and enhancement.
• Perform SAP Helpdesk support, trouble-shooting and debugging.

• Perform SAP Sap script / Smart forms changes.

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent, with 3-5 years’ relevant experience.
• Prior experience in SAP Abap reports using ALV, dialog programming, BDC, Layout sets, LSMW and Data dictionary.
• Experience in User Exits, Enhancement points, BADIs and BAPI is a must.
• Experience in EDI / ALE and work flow and any middleware and B2B applications.
• Professional SAP Certification will be advantageous

Job Summary

Assist in the management and analytics work of Compensation programs in the Corporate C&B team within Venture group of entities.

Responsibilities :

As an Analyst / Senior Analyst, the incumbent is to manage end to end transactional and analytical aspects of compensation matters. The major duties as below but not limited to:

• Assist in managing the annual salary review cycle from benchmarking to analysis and creation of salary ranges and structures within the Venture group of entities.
• Participate in survey data analysis or gathering with local HR on annual market survey data submission.
• To partner with local HR in developing compensation solutions to support the people strategies of the Company
• To manage job evaluation and market benchmarking in accordance to company set principles.
• Assist in prepping and providing high quality analytics to management.
• Develop compensation training materials and train/educate HR Business Partners who in turn train the business they support
• To partner with the HR Operations group to develop technology/operational interfaces that support self-service or automation and facilitate ease of access to information.
• Develop data analytics and reporting on C&B analysis for quality decision-making.
• Manage compensation projects.
• Analyze cost containment strategies and growth strategies.
• Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
• Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, job revisions and organizational structures. Recommend company salary structure movements and salary increase budgets.
• Ensures company compliance with local legislation governing both compensation and benefits practices.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business or related disciplines
• 5 to 8 years' relevant C&B experience from MNC or high-tech manufacturing industry.
• CCP / GRP is preferred.
• Excellent data analytics skills in MS Excel is a requisite; Power BI and design thinking is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proven ability to exercise independent judgment and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
• Positive, can-do, mature attitude. Hands-on and able to work under tight deadlines and challenging environments.
• Good knowledge of C&B principles and concepts.
• Familiar with Asian compensation and benefits laws and regulations, experience in managing Europe and US markets a plus.

Job Summary

To provide IT professional SAP Basis for Venture group companies and Support day-to-day system operations. Responsible for system configuration, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting SAP environment. Provide technical support and leadership for SAP systems, which can include implementing standards and requirements, overseeing upgrades, establishing processes for monitoring performance, and system configuration, design, and application.

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring 24/7 SAP system availability.
• Responsible for Managing User/Client Administration, Authorization Management, System Performance Management, Audit Management, Transport Management System, Background Job, Patches installation, System Backup & Recovery, Kernel Upgrade, OS & Database Maintenance for Venture Group wide.
• Responsible to manage SAP Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery.
• Ensure Optimum server performance and Preventive maintenance to keep daily operation smooth.
• Manage SAP daily support ticket within defined Service Level.
• Custodian for SAP System Architecture, Hardware, and integration landscape.
• Direct reporting to IT Manager and work closely other IT pillar.
• Manage and liaise with third party vendor.
• Deliver all IT projects on time.

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
• Knowledge in Basis Administration is a must
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant of SAP consulting or manufacturing industry experience.
• Basic knowledge on SAP NetWeaver technology
• Interested in processes within software development landscapes
