Summary:

The Threat Analysts are the core of our SOC-as-a-Service operations. They are on the front line receiving and triaging alerts from our SIEM platform. As part of the Spend Squad, you’ll primarily work on enabling customers to spend from their Wise accounts in a sustainable manner, ensuring that we’re able to grow our product in-line with our squad-level KPIs.

How you’ll contribute:

• Provide data-driven insights to inform product decisions, from improving in-product flows to building card customer segmentation.

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Science and Operational teams to drive product enhancements and optimizations.
