This is an exciting opportunity with a highly established industry expert in delivering actionable maritime insight, data, and analytics.

• Produce an agreed number of credit reports per month against volume and timeliness KPI and support the Credit Risk Team Lead – APAC to ensure the regional and global targets are met
• Actively research and analyse companies, shipping, and financial markets as well as other relevant data and information to make confident and concise credit risk judgements while displaying knowledge and integrity
• Support the Credit Team Lead in training and onboarding Credit Report Analysts, mentoring and coaching junior colleagues, and contribute to training materials and process improvements
• Grow and maintain a network of contacts via phone and email by engaging in proactive information exchange, acting as a brand ambassador
• Ensure that any critical and non-critical errors in output are flagged and escalated accordingly
• Support the Credit Risk Management Team by being a regional go-to person for company analysis SME and therefore attend client calls when required alongside sales and/or product management, and when required support our account managers on networking events and relevant conferences
• Stay abreast of market news and new Seasearcher product developments and functionality covered in Go to Markets and continually develop your understanding of the maritime industry to enable high quality writing on the profile of the company
• Foster collaboration and share information with other in-house data teams that research company ownership structures, to optimise the quality of data

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in business intelligence, consultancy, or data research
• Proven experience in analysing complex company financial data and company due diligence, and making consistent assessments of a company’s financial standing
• A customer-first approach and strong time management skills and ability to produce high quality content within set deadlines
• Ability to compile training methodology and feedback documents to drive output enhancements is a pre-requisite

As an Application Support Analyst (.NET / C#), your job responsibilities involve:

Responsibilities

· Billing - Monitor and ensure that the monthly billing is complete and accurate.

· Analyze and perform billing adjustments timely and accurately to customer accounts making sure that the proper levels of authorization and documentation are in place

· Process manual invoices/credit memos and order quotes as requested·

· Review Invoices and conducts variance analysis, with sign off required

· Coordinate monthly invoice run to ensure accurate and timely customer billings

· Manage the Customers’ Cases in SFDC (ECM) timely and accurate manner to meet all internal SLAs.

· Assist in month end close related tasks.

· Assist in Audits & SOX controls

· Works closely with cross functional organizations to respond to customer inquiries and resolve potential customer billing issues

· Resolve and track billing issues as they arise working with the upstream teams to fix root cause problems (e.g. SLA credits, install date discrepancies)

· Acts as First Line Support for approval requests and deal inquiries

· Project Management - Participate on UATs, projects and ad hoc assignments as needed

· Implement and document processes and procedures required by SOX

· Provide input into the on-going development and support of billing systems, processes, and policies System Operational Support

· Drives delivery of continuous process improvement initiatives and implement best practices to achieve operational efficiencies

· Assist in the training and coaching

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree required

· 3+years’ experience preferred

· Ability to work independently and self-motivated

· Strong analytical data mindset

· Good communication (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Skilled in MS Excel, SFDC, Oracle and Sebel.

• Support our group company PC Securities Financial Group with account lifecycle management processes from onboarding to maintenance of clients, follow through documentation up until handover to Operations
• Establish and manage relationship, build and preserve trusting bonds with clients
• Handle clients’ needs and enquiries to provide them with quality services
• Manage the total wealth of clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their needs
• Establish workflow processes and take part in automation of client onboarding project

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in financial services organization
• MAS licensed representative, possession of CMFAS certification (M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI) preferred
• Customer focused and able to provide a high standard of client service
• Ability to take ownership of client enquiries
• Team player, helpful and well organized
• Experience in covering HNWI in the Southeast Asia market will be given priority
• Good command of both English and Mandarin (oral and written, to handle both English and Mandarin speaking clients)
