To Qualify for the role, you must have

• An attitude to learn, approach problems head on, to be willing to roll your sleeves up to find solutions
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or insurance industry, or with a fintech, or as an internal/external consultant working on strategy, business transformation, program management, product, operations and/or technology projects
• Structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, and storylining skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in collaborative and client-facing environments
• Strong business analysis experience

Ideally, you should also have

• Experience with working across functions and stakeholders in consumer, commercial, transaction, investment or private banking
• Experience of working with various stakeholders in the Insurance ecosystem
• Knowledge of key problems faced by banks or insurers and ideas how some of these can be solved through automation and digitalisation
