Responsibilities:

• Managing teams responsible for Singapore country monthly, quarterly and annual reporting close, both Local (IFRS) and Group (USGAAP) and ongoing supervision of regulatory reporting and compliance.

Position Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team, driving financial strategy, planning, and management to support the company’s growth and long-term objectives. 4. Financial Operations, Treasury & FX

• Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) department, approve large payables, sign checks, and authorize major wire transfers.

5. Accounting, General Ledger, & Financial Reporting

• Supervise the accounting function to ensure seamless operation of all financial systems, databases, and software.
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting.
• Oversee preparation and communication of weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements.

6. Financial Relations and Policies

7. Tax & Contracts

8. Coaching & Team Development

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team capable of delivering strategic business insights and supporting decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Engineering or other highly quantitative field.
• MBA degree from a top business school with a concentration in Finance or similar field.
• Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in senior financial leadership roles, including at least 3 years in senior venture capital roles.
