Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using forklifts and other appropriate machinery.
• Move materials and products within the warehouse as per instructions.
• Perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, stacking, and organizing goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Assist in the packaging and labeling of products for shipment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals and deadlines.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for warehouse operations

Key Requirements:

• Good understanding of logistics supply chain management ideologies and practices.
• Class 3 driving license and forklift license is an advantage
• An ITE NITEC or Higher NITEC Certificate or Logistics related diploma, with min. 2 years prior experience in logistics services, warehousing or manufacturing

Additional Information

• Location: Jurong Port
• Basic salary up to S$3,800 per month (depending on experience), Transport Allowance, AWS, and PB.
• OT pay (only when needed)
• 5.5 days work week
• Working Hours: M-F: 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday: 8:30am-12:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the fire protection team, providing technical guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
• Develop and implement fire protection strategies, standards, and policies inaccordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments and contractors to develop fire protection plans that meet project requirements.
• Ensure that all fire protection systems within the facilities are in good working condition, and perform regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Develop and implement fire safety training programs for facility staff and workers.
• Stay current with developments in fire protection systems, codes, and standards and ensure that the team is up-to-date on best practices
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, fire departments, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations
• Provide technical support to project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders asrequired.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
• Develop and monitor budgets and provide regular reports to the Director of Facilities Management.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Liaise with and manage the clients

Requirements:

• Degree in Facilities Mgmt, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 3 years in fire protection or facilities management, with a focus on fire protection.
• Strongknowledge of fire protection systems, principles, codes, and standards will be added credit.
• Experience managing and leading a team of engineers and technicians.

• To present Competent in his/her engineering skill especially in design / Knowledge & understanding of code of practice in building services to customer
• To exhibit site solving skill & site coordination to customer.
• Coordinate, monitor & control of supplier's materials/equipment’s &subcontractors' installation quality.
• Produce shop drawings & coordination of drawings etc.
• Prepare work schedules & attend client meeting and internal meeting.
• Understand control system philosophy for M&E Services
• To assist manager on the day to day activities under the Master Planning schedule, Quality, safety, Etc.
• Check for non-conformance product or installation to avoid defects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean/Singapore PR Only
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of Relevant Experience
• Code of practice
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 / OSHAS 18000 (Minimum Requirement)
• Skill requirement: ISO internal Quality Auditor, Building construction safety supervisor course

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Salary: From $3,500-$4,000 / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
