• Candidate may be required to carry out the above-mentioned duties in AIC HQ or hospital setting

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating client reports on time and within budget
• Monitor the status of engineers' work on ongoing projects and use a thorough understanding of engineering principles.
• Create drawings, specs, reports, and other types of documentation in accordance with client requests for projects of a manageable complexity.
• Choose programmes on your own that need more investigation.
  Work together with the client and consultants to coordinate project design, construction, and submission.
• Communicate with BIM modellers and engineers to facilitate document preparation.
• Apply knowledge and initiative to create and put into practice fresh solutions for challenging technical issues.
• Participates in project planning and guarantees that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Citivl / Structural Engineering recognized by the PE Board of Singapore
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a consulting firm.
• Familiar with the Singapore Standard, Submisson Procecdudres
• Working knowledge of Revit
• Strong in structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structure
