Our client is a rapidly growing company in Real Estate development, construction. The Group provides top construction and architecture service worldwide, building trust with a track record that has made themone of the world's most highly regarded general contractor and developer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues
- Supervise and manage contractors / vendors / suppliers to ensure smooth operations of the buildings.
- Manage feedback by recommending and taking remedial actions in a timely manner.
- Prepare quotation or oversee tender process for services / purchases as required.
- Manage tenant on-boarding, fit out works and requests.
- Responsible for management reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering with 8 years of relevant working experience or a Degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Candidates possessing Singapore Certified Energy Manager or Green Mark Accredited Professional or Facilities Management or Licensed Electrical Worker accredited by EMA will be an advantage or Fire Safety Manager / Senior Fire Safety Manager will be looked upon favorably.
- Good communication skills with a good command of English.
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint software.
- Familiar with BCA GM requirements and current technologies in sustainable development
- Good People Management Skill.

Working days: 5 days
Salary: Up to S$7,000 + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
