A Seasoned Business Developer - Whilst we have many existing clients, this is a growth desk, so you will need to have the skills to open the doors to new clients & candidates and get them to buy into working with you and Faststream. You need to be great at building rapport, networking, influencing decision making, problem solving and negotiating well to win and close business.

What salary, benefits and rewards are on offer?

Experienced recruiter can expect a basic salary of between SGD5,000 - SGD6,500 (depending on experience), an uncapped commission scheme, 23 days annual leave plus public holidays, medical cover, wellness allowance, performance-based incentives/rewards, regional travel, training & support to progress your career and modern office in Raffles Place.

Working Arrangements:

• 5-days work week (2 Saturday rotations a month)
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm or 10.30am to 8pm (Rotation basis)

Requirements:

• Products: Car, motorcycle & Travel Insurance
• All customer enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management.
• Delivering an excellent level of customer service to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention.
• Developing relationships with customers to maximize sales potential and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded.
• Be the key contact point for all customers. Deliver fantastic service and sell to new and existing customers using the phone as your main communication tool, apart from email and live chats.
• Manage all incoming calls for pre-sales enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service enquiries and requests.
• Perform outbound follow-up calls to customers to help deepen relationships and cross-sell, upsell our products and services.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or GCE ‘O’ level with customer service work experience.
• BCP & PGI certified is mandatory
• Possess good verbal and written English language communication skills.
• Insurance call center work experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic PC skills.
• The ideal candidate is a nice, friendly person, who works well in teams and is able to multi-task.

• Recognised degree in Civil Engineering by PEB Board
• Candidate registered with Singapore PE Board and with extensive experience will be considered for higher post and employment package
• Mininum 5 years in design office
• Well versed and familiar with Government and Agencies regulations, requirement and submission procedure
