Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Engineering or other highly quantitative field.
• MBA degree from a top business school with a concentration in Finance or similar field.
• Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in senior financial leadership roles, including at least 3 years in senior venture capital roles.
• Proven track record of strategic financial planning, operational management, and team leadership in high-growth technology businesses.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and financial compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 7 years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong technical expertise in measurement, cost estimation, construction technology, contracts, and legal aspects.
• Proficient in professional practice and contract administration processes.
