WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Brainstorm creative marketing ideas and execute performance-driven campaigns

Responsibilities

Operations Support

• Be responsible for Operations of our ServiceNow Platforms, accordingly to our global operation rules / processes: This includes: Incident management, Platform Upgrades, Release Mgmt, Health checks, Security Checks,
• Ensure proper Platform Administration and admin requests OLA fulfillment.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and errors within the ServiceNow platform.
• Weekly report to our Global Operation Group leader.
• Contribution to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) activities:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as an Architect or Senior Developer in a mid to large-sized organization with demonstrated leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.
