· Good knowledge of Excel VBA.

CQV Consultant (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Role Overview:
Join our team to provide risk-based commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) services to pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients. You will contribute to process improvements, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and address challenges in manufacturing and quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

CQV Services:

• Execute risk-based CQV for process equipment, CIP/SIP, utilities, enterprise systems (e.g., LIMS, QMS), and analytical methods.
• Develop science-based validation protocols aligned with industry best practices.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare risk assessments, protocols, and reports for CQV activities.
• Analyze performance data and deliver insights to stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

• Investigate deviations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Apply regulatory and industry guidelines to ensure compliant solutions.

Qualifications:

Summary

Provide functional and technical expertise and implement up to date solutions in either or all the following SAP modules (SD, MM, WM/eWM), in accordance with the design and implementation as per accelerated SAP (ASAP) implementation methodology and in compliance with enterprise architecture principles and standards in a cost-effective manner.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead SAP configuration and implementation by independently handling customizing settings in SAP SD, MM, WM or eWM to implement new business in system and to enhance existing business functionality.

- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives by developing necessary product modifications in close association with the business team.

- Execute simple / complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures using ABAP programs.

- Application Support point of contact for international end users in troubleshooting, analyzing, and solve SAP problems (including sub systems).

- Ensures Incident handling and application support SLA and KPI are in accordance with the required standard and agreement.

Requirements and Qualifications

§ To be Proficient in ABAP OO, Dialog Programming and debugging

§ To be Proficient in Interfaces of functional modules, BAPI and Web Services internal and external

§ SAP certification in either or all modules SD, MM, WM or eWM is desired.

§ Mobisys (mobile application) Knowledge is a plus.

Your Main Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business and non-functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis, including data analysis, business process mapping, and system flow documentation.
• Lead workshops to facilitate requirement gathering discussions.
• Oversee technical reviews, create test scenarios, and support testing and deployment activities for IT projects.
• Lead discussions with APAC IT teams and vendors to identify suitable IT solutions, define scope and timelines, and ensure on-time, high-quality project deliverables.
• Proactively communicate project statuses and updates to business stakeholders and IT management.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant working experience in managing enterprise or regional application maintenance and IT projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and the core components of an information system, including application layers, infrastructure, and security.
• Familiarity with low-code technology, dashboarding tools (e.g., QlikSense), and data analytics techniques.
• Prior experience in the shipping or logistics industry is an advantage.

Minimum requirements:

• A Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline from a reputable education institute.
• With around 5 to 7 years of experience in supporting time-critical EDI applications, preferably in the shipping or logistics domain
• Proven track record in managing multiple medium-to-complex IT projects with business users and internal IT team working together collectively to deliver results.
• Clear understanding EDI formats like EDIFACT, ANSI/X12 and able to translate the implementation guide to logical specifications.
