• Prepare and update performance and factsheet pages for fund presentations on a monthly basis, including upcoming and adhoc client meetings

Job Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma in related field (Economics, Finance, Accounting)
• More than 3-5 years’ experience as a team assistant, administrative or client servicing support role.
• Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Mail merge skills. Knowledge of VBA or use of Excel Pivot tables is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility and attentive to detail.

The Job

· Design, build and maintain financial and operational reports using Oracle EPM tool;

· Collaborate with the team to gather reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet organizational needs;

· Analyse and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting;

· Support the configuration and optimization of Oracle EPM tool to meet business objectives;

· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the reporting processes;

· Provide recommendations for process improvements;

· Enhance and maintain documentation of the process;

Requirements

· Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent

· Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience, preferably in the insurance industry

· Preferably have experience with Oracle EPM tool, experience with other financial systems will be considered

· Strong proficiency in building and managing complex financial reports

· Familiarity with data analysis, financial processes and reporting
