• Planning of monthly forecast and work with respective factories on stock ordering. Study and analyze customer buying trends and ensuring that the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time
• Optimizing inventory levels to minimize storage costs and avoid over stock or out of stock. Monitor stock balances to ensure sufficient fulfilment to the trade channels
• Prepare necessary shipping documentations and selecting the most efficient and cost-effective routes for shipping goods
• Shipping management: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, with respective factories in the region, 3PL & forwarders for shipments to/from overseas
• Liaise with internal department stakeholders such as sales and warehouse team to ensure smooth inventory operations as well as with factories and 3PL vendors
• Using data to identify stock trends, track performance of products, and make informed decisions
• Any other general reporting if required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any field
• Min 1 year of relevant experience
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
