• Good understanding of fundamental geotechnical engineering concepts and terms
• Familiar with 5S and safety knowledge
• Knowledge in quotation and tender works
• Proficient in CAD, Office Applications / Borelog software
• BCSS Certificate & Site Investigation for Engineers
• Optional RES, Geotechnical Instrumentation for engineers

Job Scope:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical products
• Assist in product integration and customer site applications
• Collaborate with sales teams to deliver tailored solutionsX`
• Liaise with R&D to provide customer feedback and insights
• Prepare technical documentation and user training materials
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for clients
• Ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction
• Participate in product testing and validation
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Strong hands-on skills with small mechanical parts
• Familiarity with AutoCAD 2000, R14, and SolidWorks is advantageous
