Position

The Development Engineering team is seeking an intelligent, curious, and hardworking Software Engineer to join the team. Candidate should have a solid understanding of application development, sustained engineering, release management, and DevOps within cloud-based architectures. The role is development focused; however, many aspects of the role will explore process and observability of the applications supported by the team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full stack software development including coding, quality assurance, deployment and production support for Java and Python applications
• Improve visibility in performance through modern open-source monitoring tools
• Support for developer experience in next generation cloud development environments
• Manage underlying infrastructure supporting our applications on AWS
• Enhance and produce documentation for applications and processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience developing in Java, Python, or NodeJS
• Comfortable working on Linux systems
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Junit, Pytest, RobotFramework, Cucumber
• Demonstrated knowledge of development practices such as Agile, source code management and automated testing
• Familiar with using AWS services including EC2, CloudFormation, IAM, Lambda, Batch, S3, ECS

Additional skills and experience

• Experience working with Docker containers and orchestrators like AWS ECS, Kubernetes or Swarm
• Fundamental understanding of security principals
• Basic understanding of Linux systems administration
• Experience with application or system monitoring tools such as ELK, InfluxDB, CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana
• Passionate about digging deep into technology to understand subtle nuances

Field Engineer

Salary: $4000 - $4500 + OT
Working Hours: 9am-6pm
Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]

Responsibilities

• To Program KNX ETS program for upcoming projects
• To be able to handle electrical wiring and troubleshoot.
• To be able to handle project management on site.
• Able to coordinate with other sub-contractor on site for both lighting and lighting control system.
• To be able to operate 24/7 in the event of a maintenance contract project.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering related field from a certified college.
• Certification in Electrical Technician field from an accredited institution
• Prefer 1 to 2 years’ experience in Building Automations
• Able to Identify and troubleshoot various electrical issues.
• Knowledgeable in lighting control systems

About this role
This Structural Engineer is required to undertake structural design for major projects and produce drawings and reports in line with structural specifications. This role will be involved in small and medium sized projects, as well as being a key member of larger project groups that includes design, technical documentation, cost estimates, tender submissions, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budget.

What will I do?

• Provide hands on structural design for a range of projects and structural design calculations
• Prepare and review of drawings submitted
• Participate in BIM coordination to assist in the implementation of the project BIM execution plan
• Work with structural technicians to produce Revit Models and coordination works with engineers of other discipline
• Produce project related correspondence and reports

What will I bring?

• Degree in Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Structural Engineering in Building projects
• Proven Track record of a diverse range projects such as in low and high rise PPVC, Pre-stressed and Timber structures
• Proficient or have experience in Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper and Programming skills
• Good written and verbal communication, literacy, and numeracy skills

• Implement automation and streamline development operations to enhance application build and release pipelines.
• Oversee cloud resources (AWS and Azure) to meet the requirements of applications.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of experience in an Agile environment.
• Familiar with DevOps, Agile, ITIL, modern app development, infrastructure security, and compliance.
