• Responsible for the defect management of the sorting system to ensure timely discovery, data entry and various defects
• Daily checking the operation status of the sorting system equipment from time to time

1. Business Analysis

• Convert manual processes/workflows to automation by designing and developing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, MS Flows/Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
• Communicate and work with multiple stakeholders and vendors to plan schedules for development and implementation of business applications
• Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and end-user support
• Maintain and update applications developed as well as create and maintain documentation in the form of user guides for knowledge retention
