• Organise review of TA related plans such as HSSE, Flawless Quality, Logistics, Pre-TA works etc.
• Perform as Secretary for Site TA core planning meeting.
• Deputise for TA Manager, as necessary.
• Facilitate Continuous Improvement (CI) program in TA.
• Function as a Block/Area Execution Team(AET) Leader for high complexity event, or act as Night Shift Lead during TA execution, or lead a Low complexity TA.
• Perform assigned tasks and initiatives by the line supervisor.

Job Description

· Coordination of work with clients/subcontractors to ensure on-time completion, attend site project meetings and produce daily work progress reports

​· Planning, scheduling and supervision of execution of site works
· Provide technical advice and supervision to site personnel to ensure that work on site is carried out according to specifications and requirements
· Assist safety personnel in ensuring work on site complies to all relevant safety requirements.
· Oversees the daily construction activities at the work site to meet the project progress and quality goals.
· Supervises subcontractors / direct manpower to complete the project within the given budget and timeframe
· Responsible for making sure that the work and the materials used in construction meet the specifications
· Ensure compliance with Singapore Government regulation in terms of safety, building plan, structural plan and environmental issue
· Prepare progress claim and sub-con claim verification
· Responsible to lead/ assist for RE/RTO inspection

Job Requirements:​

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Architectural knowledge is an advantage
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in construction industry
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and processes good interpersonal skills
• BCSS and other relevant certification will be a strong advantage

(a) Your primary function is to support all business, projects and activities of the Company.

(b) You are required to perform on-site (local and overseas) installation, buyoff and service all products of the Company such as Conversion kits, Docking Systems, Sockets, Jigs & Fixtures and spare parts.

(c) Generate service reports, documentations, analysis and recommendations after each service activities.

(d) You are required to conduct Trainings & Seminars to our customers, local and overseas alike, on the Operation and Maintenance procedures of our products as needed.

(e) You are required to meet with customers, local and overseas alike from time to time for technical discussions on how to meet their requirements and deliveries.

(f) Perform assembly of all products to help our in-house Assembly department to familiarize with the Product Assembly.

(g) Perform other duties that may be assigned to you by the management or your immediate superior from time to time (eg. Presentation Materials, 8D reports and other related activities).

• You will be tasked with formulating and executing control system strategies utilizing the DeltaV DCS platform within the Life Sciences Manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team environment, working alongside engineers and designers, partners, and clients to deliver cutting-edge Control Systems aimed at enhancing efficiency, product quality, and profitability in process manufacturing.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of a distributed control system (DCS) in alignment with S88 standards for the plant in collaboration with the automation team.
• Participate in system architecture, Design Specification, Control Strategies, and library development.
• Conduct testing, on-site commissioning, and qualification of control systems.
• Develop Life Cycle documents, Electrical panels, Control Architecture, and wiring drawings adhering to GMP standards.
• Provide day-to-day support for Automation systems in manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry, involving projects or operations.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with the latest Emerson DeltaV DCS platform.
• Show understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units, etc.).
• Familiarity with automation hardware and networking technologies.
• Display initiative as a motivated self-starter, capable of adapting quickly and working with minimal supervision.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess good interpersonal and presentation skills for effective communication with clients/management teams when required.
• Show experience and/or interest in pharmaceutical & biologics GMP processes (e.g., computer systems validation).
