Key Responsibilities:

Production Operation

Production Administrative

• Coach line leaders / production members to correctly fill up all checklists and production reports.
• Disseminate important information down to all production staffs

Quality Assurance & Control

• Monitor compliance to SOPs, safety regulations and policies
• Ensure corrective actions are monitored and completed for all non-compliant conditions and behaviours
• Work with Preventive Maintenance Team for scheduled inspections / repair of equipment
• Work with QA to ensure food safety and quality of raw materials / finished products.

People Management

• Oversee and coach line leaders / production staff on the assigned job scope within the production lines.

NATURE OF THE JOB

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3000 + AWS&VB
• Working Hour: 8am to 6pm, inclusive of 1 weekend 44 hours a week
• Location: Whitley Road

Job Scope:

• Scheduling and confirming of referral appointments for our specialists from various departments
• Managing service specific cancellation lists
• Manages any doctor reschedules due to urgent/ad-hoc surgeries and blocks schedule as needed
• Manage appointment fit in requests
• Communicating concerns and feedbacks from clients to our various specialists and department veterinarians
• Confirming diagnostic appointments for surgeries, CT and MRI scans with clients and communicating appointment instructions
• Reviewing of referral forms and medical histories received from the referring clinics
• Ensure all relevant medical histories (including x-rays, ultrasound scan reports, blood tests, etc) are received and in order prior to confirming the appointment with the client
• Obtain any other required information from referring clinics as requested by our specialist prior to the consult appointment date
• Ensure referral booking protocols are followed for each department
• Update and maintain a database of primary care practitioners/ general vet clinics and veterinarians in Singapore

Job Description

• Efficiently and effectively manage and operate assigned processing or packaging operation according to the standardized operating procedures, guides and manual
• Ensure the correct cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment are rendered following Good Manufacturing practices

• To perform general maintenance duties in building & machineries & equipments.
• To perform preventive maintenance on machines & equipments bt cleaning, lubricating, greasing etc for optimization.
• To perform minior electrical work not requiring licence such as office lighting, appliances etc.
• To apply paint or varnish all types of surfaces for protection
• Perform related duties as required such as external support or repair
• To assist in recording facility utilities.
• To carry routine inspections on all operating machineries & equipments
• To ensure all ad-hoc work are carried out

• Ensure all customers’ queries and complaints are investigated and resolved with Operations Teams and/or Customers, and to escalate to their immediate Superior for assistance and advice if unable to resolve the issues

• Assist Customer Service Officer / Manager / Management with any special projects assigned and provide backup to other CS team when necessary

• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate

• Pursuing revenue generating activities with existing and new accounts

• Work in a cross functional capacity to ensure the activities related to various entities fit with customer requirements guidelines, policies, and procedures

• Work with customer logistics teams/departments, to develop and implement solutions for new business requirements in accordance with company guidelines

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that will deliver sustainable improvements in service delivery

• Ensure shipping activities are monitored to ensure smooth deliveries to customers

• Ensure all order and billing are complete on schedule

• Ensure with the team that customer payments are up-to date

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, pipe and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments.
• Carry out inspections and tests on machinery and equipment.
• General servicing of machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
• Dismantle/repair defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
• Inspect/check of lay out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
• Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as programmable controllers.
• General report writing for internal and external customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 2 years’ experience in service, installation, site commissioning related.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems is an advantage.
• Dynamic and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player as well as the ability to work independently.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License.
