Primary Responsibilities

• Provide frontline services and general administrative duties of the clinic
• Maintain overall cleanliness at the clinic, front counter, and reception area.
• Attend to patients at counters for registration, payment, and appointment lines.
• Trace case notes for walk-in cases, billing, and charges.
• Account for handover and closing of counter payments
• Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.
• Attend to data requests pertaining to patient information.

• Possess minimum GCE 'O' level or at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
