This role will also be responsible for collaborating with the QMS documentation lead when training needs to be completed for procedure updates, for representing training during external audits, managing training metrics and driving continuous improvement within the Services training program. This role will be responsible for conducting training in certain situations.

• Ensure the Services organization is compliant with the training requirements of ISO 9001 and the Cytiva QMS while also driving continuous improvement
• Collaborate with People Leaders to determine training required for associates and maintaining the training plan for the organization
• Collaborate with Documentation lead to deliver training on updated procedures
• Lead and Facilitate training as needed
• Host internal and external audits

Who you are:

• Minimum, Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College, preferably in a Science or Engineering discipline
• 7 or more years of related quality experience
• Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, and CFR requirements
• Strong analytical- and problem-solving skills.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Language/ Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel abroad upon business needs (5%)

• Plan the Project schedule and ensure that the work schedules are executed as planned.
