We are seeking a skilled and Service Engineer to join our team, specializing in chiller maintenance and commissioning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in servicing chillers and related HVAC systems, demonstrating strongtechnical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills,strong communication skillsand a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding chiller operations and maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to extend the lifespan of their chiller systems.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Execute commissioning processes for new chiller installations, ensuring systems are installed correctly and functioning as designed.
• Collaborate with agents, customers, and contractors to verify system performance and compliance with specifications.
• Foster a collaborative working relationship with contractors, encouraging teamwork and shared problem-solving.
• Work closely with contractors to share knowledge, improve processes, and enhance overall service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing service tasks to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct safety briefings and ensure all parties understand their responsibilities regarding safety.
• May involve working in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
• Field-based role requiring travel to client sites.
• Available to respond to chiller breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts.

Education leve & relevant experience:

• Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in chiller maintenance, commissioning, or related HVAC roles (3-5 year).

• 3-5 years in HVAC or chiller
• Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems, HVAC principles, and electrical controls
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
