What is your mission?

RESPONSIBILITIES

THK Disability Services currently operates five long-term residential care programmes and three centres. The Service aims to provide persons with intellectual disabilities with the highest possible quality of life, especially in the areas of health and well-being, participation, independence, decision-making, and societal inclusion. Structured programmes are designed to suit beneficiaries of different age groups and profiles to train and develop capabilities in self-help, community living, socialization, perceptual-cognition, and motor skills. As an Operations Executive, you will be involved in ensuring the welfare, safety, and care of our beneficiaries in the following areas.

Responsibilities:

• General Facility Management
• Maintenance of Service Contracts & General Procurement
• Fire Safety

- responsible for stocks purchases from local and overseas suppliers, including other office and warehouse miscellaneous purchases

- sale and cost price negotiation with B2B customers and suppliers

- plan and prepare staff work schedule and goods delivery schedule

- liaise with freight forwarders on goods clearance at ports

- invoicing of B2B customers

- design sale mechanics for store and outlets

- provide back end POS machine technical support to retail advisers

- verify real time sales receipts from online payment from customers

- prepare cash payments, cheque payments and online bank payments

- prepare monthly sales reports for stores, outlets, online and B2B customers

- assist in salary and commission calculation

- assist in any ad-hoc projects undertaken by the company

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the implementation work for the EES system/ CCTV
• Responsible in performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) on the EES system/ CCTV
• Responsible for troubleshooting work when issues arises

Requirements

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic/Engineering or related discipline
• Min 1 years of working experience in installation / Servicing of CCTV and network switch or EES
