- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and provide them with accurate information regarding service options and pricing.

- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.

- Escort customers to the waiting area and provide them with updates on the status of their vehicles as needed.

- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including documenting vehicle condition and obtaining customer signatures.

- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting lounge.

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.

- Collaborate with other team members to support overall departmental goals and objectivesobjectives.

Requirements:

· Hands-on experiences in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repairs in air-con systems or other machines electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.

· Possess valid Singapore class 3 driving licence is an added advantage.

· Able to converse in English and interpersonal skills.

· Working location: Singapore island wide

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 5:30pm)

• In-charge of machine assembly
• Handling electrical panel wiring and machine cable routing
• Perform machine testing
• On-site installation & commissioning
• Servicing & troubleshooting

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
• Trained and/or experienced in the heavy equipment industry
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required
