Job Description:

• Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensuring the prompt and efficient collection of all overdue debts and payments from customers.
• Negotiating repayment plans with customers to address outstanding balances.
• Collaborating with legal counsel to pursue legal actions against defaulting customers.
• Coordinating with vehicle repossession agents to manage and track repossessed vehicles.
• Maintaining consistent communication with clients to settle overdue accounts.
• Addressing internal and external inquiries regarding outstanding customer balances.
• Recording and allocating daily receipts within the accounting system.

Job Requirement:

• Experienced in managing the entire legal process of debt collection.
• Skilled in providing advice on the most appropriate legal actions at various stages of debt recovery.
• Proficient in building and maintaining strong client relationships both internally and externally, across all levels.
• Capable of reconciling complex accounts with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to handle potentially sensitive or difficult conversations with a calm and confident demeanor.
• Diploma or Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with hire purchase operations is an advantage.

Job Description

- To report to Head of the Department for daily job assignments.

- Carry out inspection, installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting for the assigned jobs that include but not limited to:

· Electrical works

· PLC Controllers/Modules

· BMS/SCADA

· HMI

· A/C Works

- Provide internal & external trainings on electrical controls, electrical troubleshooting, PLC program writing & troubleshooting, control panel assembly and basic electrical theory.

- Produce Progress Tracking Report (PTR) for assigned jobs.

- Report and communicate with customers and Oceanmaster PIC the technical issues, status, progress and recommendations of the assigned job.

- Submit to Operations Administrator an accurate and duly signed & stamped Timesheets, Work Reports, Commissioning Checklists (if any) and Customer Satisfaction Survey Forms on every completion of assigned job.

- Produce Close-Out Report after completion of the assigned job.

- Comply with quality of work requirements of OceanMaster at all times.

- Comply with protection of environment and health & safety policies of OceanMaster at all times.

- Adhere to no wastage policy of OceanMaster in terms of materials and labour to assigned jobs at all times.

- All other duties assigned by the Managements as and when necessary.

Requirements

- Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering (Bachelor’s Degree)

- Minimum 5 year experience in Marine Electrical field

- Minimum 3 year experience in Instrumentations and PLC handling and installation

- Proficient in Electrical, instrumentation and/or Electronics troubleshooting

- Proficient in written and oral English communication skill

- Proficient in material take off and labour estimate for a given Electrical project

- Proficient on electrical circuit diagram design

- Good knowledge on ladder logic programming

- Good grasp on technical writing

- Good leadership, coaching and analytical skills

- Able to work independently

- Team player

- Knowledge on Project Schedule Software or Autocad is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Interface with customer and optimizing quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
• Focal point to coordinate for day-to-day activities between stakeholders to achieve smooth transactions and build excellent working relationships

· Achieve the Digital Business targets for both connectivity and revenue.

· Support the development of the Portfolio, New Installation, Modernisation, Repairs Sales, and Fulfilment Teams to strengthen their knowledge and capabilities of Digital services / products.

· Prepare and maintain a sales opportunity and forecast database for monthly reporting purposes.

· Liaise with Schindler Supply Chain and Group IoEE Technical to ensure inventories and sales targets are aligned.

· Active involvement with Internet of Elevator and Escalator (IoEE) communications and networking to ensure SLS is up to date with latest developments with products and solutions.

· Develop a series of real-life case studies of digital services and solutions to support the sales organisation.

· Arrange for customer presentations and demonstrations of digital services.

· Prepare quotations to support the respective Business Unit Sales teams.

· Identify & Share Schindler Best Demonstrated Practices worldwide.

· Engage and maintain strong relationships with Internal and External stakeholders to foster the acceleration and growth of digital business (especially connectivity)

· Identify new opportunities for growth with digital Services and work with Schindler JSG and Group

· Follow up with customers post purchase of digital services and solutions to ensure they are familiar with the tool and fully utilise.

· Manage Technical Operations Centre including

-Schindler callback centre for Schindler Singapore (SLS)

-JSG EI initiatives assignment

-SLS strategic EI initiatives implementation

-EI business KPI reporting and follow up

-Key account management initiatives

-Other EI business opportunity development and assignment

Job responsibilities

• To be responsible for the preparation of report required by principal and internal stakeholders

• Be responsible on minutes taking and timely submission.

• To coordinate with internal stakeholders on related matters (e.g. Finance, Human Resource Department, etc.)

• To be in-charge of ensuring documents are being submitted timely with compliance to principal and company guidelines.

• Taking ownership of tracking Work in Progress status, follow up and update status to HOD.

• Preparation of the WIP summary for monthly meeting.

• To be familiar with warranty processes and ensure company adhere to warranty policies and guidelines,

• Ensure all repair orders and invoices are kept in order.

• Any other duties or tasks that are assign by Service Manager whenever needed.

Job requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or GCE ‘A’ Level/ Diploma

• 3 years’ experience in relevant industry

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
