7 Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of clinic facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the clinic

8 Prepare necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supplies etc.

9 Cover duties for colleagues when there is a manpower shortage.

10 Handle telephone inquiries in the absence of the Front-Desk Executive at the reception area.

11 Fix next appointment date and time for customers after each treatment session.

12 Assist the Clinic Manager and Senior Therapist on ensuring that good services are provided to customers and that customers’ requirements are met.

13 Ensure customer satisfaction through our quality service.

REQUIREMENTS

- IT Literate is preferred

Salary Package:
Basic Salary: Up to $2170

Working Locations & Hours:

· Downtown East (4pm to 1.30am/ 2am)

· Pasir Ris Mal (4pm to 1.30am/ 2am)

· Chinatown (4pm to 1.30am/2am)

· Orchard (9pm to 7am)

· Cineleisure (6.30pm to 3.30am)

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide friendly, fair, and courteous service to customers.

· Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and greet guests.

· Take and serve orders, input into POS system.

· Assist with basic tech support for karaoke systems.

· Maintain a safe, clean environment and a neat appearance.

· Work independently, ensuring high-quality service.

· Communicate well with team and management.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 -2 years of working experience in the F&B field or service line for senior level.

· Passionate in interacting with people

· Proactive & good communication skills

· Able to commit on weekends and PH
