The Job

This role is responsible for arranges recruitment activities for volunteers, and matches them to the appropriate programmes and clients. This role requires to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

Volunteer Engagement

• Volunteer recruitment, coordination and outreach (includes interviewing and screening).
• Carry out volunteer policies and processes.
• Conduct volunteer recognition and engagement activities.
• Conduct volunteer training programmes.
• Develop requirements for volunteer profiles.
• Ensure volunteer policies and processes are followed in programmes.
• Maintain volunteer database and training records.
• Matching the skills, experiences and expectations of volunteers to appropriate programmes and clients.
• Creating volunteer programme materials; eg. Applications, volunteer agreements.
• Work hand in hand with the Eldercare AMS Teams and MET to roster and organise volunteers for Eldercare/Outreach/Escorting activities.
• Ensure volunteers are informed of volunteering opportunities in a timely manner.
• Administrative work within the Eldercare department.

Event Support

• Providing support for the Organization’s major events and functions; eg. Anniversary dinner, Flag day, and Befriending programme) organised by the Charity.

Requirement

• At least Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Possess a good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaker recipients.

Job Description:

• Attend to import and export shipment process and documentation preparation
• Daily tracking of inbound shipments and coordination with service providers
• Attend to internal stakeholders’ shipment status and establish export freight rates
• Assist the service team in the import and export of repaired items
• Knowledge of shipping, custom-related issues, port operations, and freight rates negotiation

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and promote Gym Tonic Programme

2. Conduct pre and post assessment using Gym Tonic protocol.

3. Supervise 12-week progressive strength training and maintenance training.

4. Develop exercise plan according to Gym Tonic protocol.

5. To encourage, motivate, assist, and guide seniors in their exercises.

6. Maintenance of gym equipment for safety and efficiency

7. Assist in money collection, issue receipts, maintenance of pretty cash and centre supplies.

8. Administrative duties which include data entry, appointment scheduling, manage calls and emails.

9. Manage the centre.

Other Duties

· Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Director/SCM/ CM.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector

· Sports Science and gymtonic background is a must.

· Has some prior experience in stakeholder management, especially in working with community
