• Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and uptime of EV charging stations to ensure seamless customer experiences. Lead a service team.
• Manage the lifecycle of technology assets, including chargers, software platforms, and network security, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
• Establish and implement SOPs for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, optimizing network performance.
• Implement data analytics solutions to monitor and analyze charging station performance, driving continuous improvements in operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with key vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure and manage essential hardware, software, and support services. Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of new chargers, including setting up Router, LAN or SIM. Set up API.
- Ensure that all technology solutions comply with local regulations and industry standards for safety, environmental impact, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity protocols to protect customer data and infrastructure from potential threats.
- Work closely with the customer support team to address technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with Factory & technology providers, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
