Job Description:

• Planning and coordinating Public Relation programme for the project
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Dealing with requests and complaints from the public
• Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issue
• Working closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
• Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 1 to 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor

Responsibilities

- Work closely with the front office, clients, external and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate

trade capture and upload for investment funds

- Monitor & review daily reports including daily cash and position reconciliation

- Perform daily NAV review & monitor fund expense accruals

- Assist in due diligence questionnaire & regulatory report testing

- Assist in brokers related matters such as onboarding and set up

- Prepare periodic reports on fund valuation and performance returns

- Be involved in the annual audit process for multiple entities and act as one of the main points of

liaison with auditors, especially on technical matters

- Manage ad hoc projects whenever required

Requirements

- A degree holder with 1-2 years of relevant working experience within an asset management

business, or from Big 4 or outsourced accounting services industry with experience specialising

funds/financial services industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.

- Must be driven, responsible, proactive, meticulous and detailed oriented.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work independently and under pressure in a small team.

- Must be organised and able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.

- Must be flexible often dealing with ad-hoc queries from various stakeholders.

- Able to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, service providers, regulators, auditors

and senior management

- Mandarin speaking will be an advantage

Job scope

• Handle Daily Purchasing operation including sourcing, quotation inquiry, negotiating pricing and expediting delivery schedule

The role is to support the Actuarial Model manager and IFRS 17 Lead, focusing on Prophet model development, including functionalities for IFRS 17 and IFRS 17 pricing model.

Job Responsibilities:

• Actuarial – Prophet Modelling

1. Work with the team lead on IFRS 17 projects to maintain IFRS 17 actuarial model, and new product modelling
2. Data preparation including model inputs, model points and assumptions for IFRS 17
3. Analyze, document and conduct impact analysis under IFRS 17 reporting.

• Actuarial – IFRS 17 Valuation

1. Provide support in End to End reporting production and actuarial analysis to fulfil the reporting obligation under IFRS 17.

• Ad-hoc project

1. To participate in other ad-hoc projects assigned by the department head, including business planning under IFRS 17.

Job Requirements:

1. Good degree in Actuarial Science/Data Science.
