About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Officer with a growth mindset to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position offers an excellent opportunity for an admin professional to utilize their skills in a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support and coordinate tasks with international counterparts
2. Manage financial tasks, including:
- Invoice preparation and processing
- Payroll administration
- Maintenance of full sets of accounts (general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet, profit & loss statements)
3. Handle system updates, email correspondence, and phone communications
4. Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
5. Provide ad hoc translation between English and Mandarin language
Location:

Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clerical or office administration role
- Fluency in English and Mandarin language (written and spoken)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Demonstrated adaptability and enthusiasm for professional development, with a receptive attitude towards constructive input
