Guest Services Officer focuses on customer service and foster relationships with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are met. Education Qualifications and Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Basic knowledge of cloud concepts and networking,
