Contributes to the overall success of the Payment Processing & Support Team (PPST) / GBM - Asia & Pacific Region in Singapore and the Asia & Pacific Region ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. • Ensuring accounting entries are posted timely and accurately into the Bankmaster Plus (BM+).
• Ensuring proper recording of GST component.
  
• Providing administrative support to HR department:
• Posting and verification of HR department’s accounting entries into BM+
• Accurate and timely recording of staff benefits and staff related expenses to assist Singapore HR in expatriates’ income tax reporting and to assist business units in Singapore in their respective expenses reporting and monitoring.
• Process quarterly TSA fee billing and monthly expenses closing for :Monthly/ quarterly expenses reimbursement/ closing for PRO, EO, and other branches / units, including follow up to ensure payments are received promptly. This includes the supporting of regional staff cost allocation and payments.
  
• Prepare nostro accounts charges and overdraft interest charges for input into the BM+.
• Perform reconciliation of cheque engraved form.
• Other administrative tasks assigned, whenever required

Experience/Other Information

• Working experience in Accounts Payable/Payment Processing and/or Nostro reconciliation functions in a Bank. Fresh graduate with strong credentials would be considered as well.
• Proficient in MS Office and especially in MS Excel and MS Words.
• Good knowledge of payment processing.

What will I be doing?

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist or similar role is preferred, but will train the right person.

• Experience with property management and digital softwares such as CloudBeds or Opera will be a huge plus!
• Experience managing online travel agent websites such as Booking.com and Agoda work is an advantage

• Accountable for ensuring full set monthly payroll and ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage tax clearance matters for employees and maintain and upgrade company payroll system.
