1. Assist M&E Engineer, Superintending Officer Representation (SO Rep) and Resident Engineer (RE) in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
2. Provide standing supervision as and when required by the M&E Engineer, SO Rep and RE
3. To ensure all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications
4. Liaise with the Contractors/ sub-contractors and other Resident Technical Officers (RTO) in the coordination of site works

11. Aware of the potential and actual OH&S hazards of his activities at the workplace and to highlight / communicate to the PM when he knows of any irregularities. He shall be aware of his individual OH&S obligations by ensuring that he is adequately equipped with appropriate safety gears, by observing closely to all safety rules / regulations / procedures at site and by attending all relevant site safety trainings.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical or Building Services Engineering from local Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing

What makes you a successful candidate?

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related discipline
• At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience working in or leading high performing software development teams
• At least 2 years of experience in Unix-based environments
• At least 2 years of experience in developing in kdb+ or equivalent, preferably with experience in building Feedhandlers
• In-depth understanding and hands-on technical skills at least one of the following:
  C#, Java and/or Python
  Database technologies such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL
  Modern API platform design (REST, gRPC, etc.)
