Job Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team and help drive the success of our crypto initiatives. The PMO will support project planning, monitoring, and reporting across multiple teams, ensuring projects stay on track and align with business goals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain, capable of coordinating complex projects and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure efficient execution of crypto projects.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress and address potential issues proactively.
• Implement and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Prepare regular project updates and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
• More than 10 years of experience in project management, in the crypto industry.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and emerging digital technologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Excellent communication and comfortable to liaise and present in Mandarin with stakeholders stationed in China/Taiwan.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Duties:

1. Assist in providing administrative support / services as well as solutions meeting the needs for the Company and the Group.
2. Assist in creating, formatting, and proofread documents, including letters, reports, memos, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written materials.
3. Transcript of voice recording of meetings / phone conferences.
4. Draft, review & comments emails / agreements / documents for Executive director’s consideration.
5. Comfortable to identifying and evaluating legal and compliance risks within the company and the group.
6. Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments.
7. Record and monitor deadlines, update status and tracking internal database / reports of relevant tasks / project assigned.
8. Administer and maintain databases / files; renaming, reorganizing, and maintaining files, folders, documents, and internal database (spearhead converting largely to digitally).
9. Assist in office management.
10. Carry out other ad-hoc tasks / projects assigned by Executive Director
