· Support Management in TSP’s Budgetary Planning and Costings.

o Support resource planning for short and long-term plans

o Tracking of revenues and expenditures

· Manage all administrative-related works for the Integrated Service & Asset Management (ISAM) System, TSP’s Shared Folders and TSP’s office.

· Coordinate with various teams to manage all TSP-related Assets’ information (e.g. consolidating of Asset Register, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)s, Reports, etc.).

· Assist in developing various documentations (e.g. Service Level Agreement (SLA)s, SOPs, Reports, etc.) and monitor the validity & expiry of each documentations.

· Assist in the gathering of information related to TSP’s operations and activities for Audit-purposes.

· Assist in the planning and conducting of Internal Audits for TSP to ensure Operations & Maintenance (O&M) processes are in line with SOPs and Work Instruction (WI)s.

· Perform Physical Asset condition assessment in accordance to LTA requirements.

· Support in the planning and forecasting of TSP’s Asset Management (e.g. Asset’s Life Cycle).

· Support Management in driving towards the ISO 55001 requirements.

· Support Supply Chain Team in incoming/outgoing QC checks when required.

Requirements

· Diploma / ITE in Engineering / Computer Science or any other relevant field.

· Possess strong ability and accuracy in terms of receiving and processing instructions/information.

Job Description: As CFO, your primary goal beyond the regular financial operations (cashflow management, financial reporting, FP&A etc) is to also support the CEO to develop fundraising materials, valuations, and strategies for Flex’s next stage of growth.

There is also a secondary responsibility as Co-COO. We do not have a COO, the responsibility is currently spilt between the CEO and CTO, the incoming CFO will be the third Co-COOs that will jointly oversees operations alongside the two other existing Chiefs.

This role, if as per plan, will eventually sit on the Board of Directors as well as becoming a Co-Founder, that said, this is high risk role, it requires individual with the right mindset that can put aside current comfort and jump into the risky world of entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising and Investor Relationships

1) Develop fundraising strategies and materials.

2) Develop valuation models.

3) Negotiate terms with investors.

Finance Operations

1) AP, AR, Payroll Operations.

4) Financial Reporting and Analysis.

Co-COO role

1) Everything a COO is expected to do.

Requirements

1) You should possess working experience as a finance professional.

2) Ideally you have some experience in startup fundraising.
