Overview: As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our gym members. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities:

Member Services:

• Greet members warmly and professionally.
• Assist members with inquiries, concerns, and membership-related issues.
• Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
• Collect membership fees and other payments.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide information about gym facilities, classes, and events.

Facility Management:

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Monitor gym occupancy and enforce gym policies.
• Assist with facility maintenance tasks as needed.
• Stock supplies and merchandise.

Administrative Tasks:

• Data entry and record-keeping.
• Prepare reports and other administrative documents.
• Manage appointment scheduling and class registrations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Positive and outgoing personality
• Previous experience in a customer service or fitness industry is preferred, but not required
