The Down For More (DFM) Full Time (FT) Front Desk Staff will be responsible for the inner workings of their studio, including but not limited to; all facets of Customer Service Management, presentation of the physical studio space, and Management of the Online and Offline Operations.

The FT Front Desk Staff will be responsible for how their studio looks, feels, presents, smells, etc. Whilst working in line with the company’s branding and long-term goals, the FT Front Desk staff will also be responsible for the clients’ experience in the studio spaces as the core people on the ground. They will work closely with the Area Managers to complete all the studio related deliverables and ad hoc tasks as assigned to them.

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service

The FT Front Desk Staff will be responsible for managing all customer-based enquiries including but not limited to:

• Maintaining a strong customer service etiquette
• Managing any e-mail and any other ad hoc enquiries, requests and complaints
• Ensuring a very positive yet relaxed demeanour... we are confident, polite, energetic, engaging, and fun.

Whilst we have more of a relaxed ‘sales focus’ at DFM, the FT Front Desk staff must be well versed on:

• Current promotions and supporting sales lines (i.e., how to break it down for the customer and list benefits)
• Current pricing structures and supporting sales lines (i.e., same as above)
• Validity of packages (as well as all the ‘tricks’ people use to try and get extensions)
• Flexibility of packages (ensure staff understand that we accept within reasons, e.g., medical)
• Terms and Conditions of our offerings
• Other service standards

The FT Front Desk staff will also compile feedback given by clients and assist the Area Managers in ideating solutions for any areas of improvements.

Studio Maintenance

In line with DFM’s intent to provide a great brand experience, the FT Front Desk Staff is responsible for how their studio looks, feels, smells, and presents. This is including but not limited to:

• General housekeeping and tidiness of the entire studio including front desk areas, practice rooms, changing rooms and toilets at all times.
• Completing Daily Grind set by the Area Managers.
• Ensuring that all facilities are working well and refilled sufficiently.
• Ensuring Retail Racks are sufficiently filled with full size runs and offerings.

Team & Onboarding

The FT Front Desk is also required to train all incoming front desk staff. At the end of the training, the FT FDs are required to ensure that FDs are:

• Well versed with Hapana Core & Grow, Strong Pilates App and the Strong Website.
• Familiar with other third-party booking sites, such as ClassPass.
• Able to answer queries related to the above-mentioned online platforms.
• Able to speak confidently about the brand and offerings.

The Front Desk Executive serve as the point of contact between Tree Art and prospective customers. The incumbent identifies and educate prospective customers on the Company’s course curriculum and supports customers by providing information and assistance with closing.

Main Duties:

• Adminstrative duties in terms of Microsoft Office
• Familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programmes.
• Identify and recommend on course curriculum that are tailored to customer’s needs and objectives.

Scope of work

Front Desk Operation

• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the relevant parties

• Man reception area and attend to school visitors

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the school’s reception area

visitors

• Prepare the meeting rooms prior to meeting

• Receive and direct visitors to meeting room

• Arrange for refreshment if required

Job Requirement

• NITEC (Office Skills) or minimum 5 GCE ‘O’ Level including pass in

• IT literate and proficient in the use of common office utility software

(e.g. Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Resourceful and able to harness information from various information

sources (e.g. World Wide Web).

• Pleasant and service-oriented with at least 2 years’ experience as an

Administrative Support Officer and have done work similar or equivalent

to the job scopes mentioned above.

• Preferably have experience working in schools and deal with young

children.

A Front Desk Assistant Manager with Conrad Hotels and Resorts supervises the activities at the hotel front desk, responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks, including check-in/check-out, guest requests, concierge services and promotion of in-house activities.

What will I be doing?

As a Front Desk Assistant Manager, you will oversee the front office activities between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. A Front Desk Assistant Manager is responsible for supervising the activities that create the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard
• Ensure your shift team has a current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day

An Assistant Front Desk Manager with Conrad Hotels and Resorts is responsible for the overall daily operations of the Front Desk in check in and checks out including groups, VIPs and overseeing the availability of rooms.

What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Front Desk Manager, you are the first point of contact for dealing with all in house guest’s feedback. The position predominately involves face-to-face contact with Guests and represents Senior-level hotel management in their absence. Specifically, the Duty Manager will perform the following tasks at the highest level of service:

• Be available in the Front Desk area at all times to attend to matters, which require a decision to be made.
