• Manage walk-in policyholders’ and Financial Representatives’ queries/ requests on policy related matters

• Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and minor complaints from policyholders, Financial Representatives and business partners;
• Provide excellent customer service experience;

Your key Responsibilities

• Working as an Agile Team Member, managing and executing a variety of tasks
• Interacting with Business Users as necessary to clarify requirements

• Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures. • Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• At least a degree or diploma in a relevant technical field
• For the Senior Associate position: At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in custom-built software development using a low-code platform, and 2 years of experience in leading a Software Team of Developers and Testers
• Experienced in Agile Software Development
• Experienced in Web Applications, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experienced in Software Integration using APIs and Web Services
• Experienced in Database Systems

About Us: FarmXseed is pioneering an agricultural ecosystem that brings innovative digital solutions to farmers and agribusinesses. Our platform will integrate AI, blockchain, geospatial data, and agronomic science to optimize farm productivity, support sustainability, and open new revenue streams. We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer & Technical Project Lead to drive platform development in collaboration with external consultants.

About the Role:

As the Full Stack Developer & Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for:

• developing core features of our agritech platform while serving as the technical point of contact with consultants.
• handle both backend and frontend development, integrate APIs, and guide the technical roadmap to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery of a scalable, secure platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Lead the development of the platform’s core features, including dashboards, data integration, and user interfaces, using both frontend (e.g., React, Vue) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Python) frameworks.
• Technical Project Management: Act as the primary technical liaison with external consultants, ensuring smooth communication, setting development milestones, and managing timelines.
• API Development and Integration: Design and implement APIs to integrate lab, field trial, and third-party data sources, including blockchain and AI tools as needed.
• Blockchain & Security Integration: Collaborate with consultants to implement blockchain features for data traceability and oversee the platform’s security protocols.
• Scalable Architecture: Ensure the platform is designed for scalability, robustness, and compatibility with future expansion plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in full stack development (React, Node.js, Python preferred), ideally within a tech-focused or agritech environment.
• Project management or lead experience, particularly in coordinating with external vendors or consultants.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology (Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc.) and AI integration is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of APIs and experience in data integration for complex platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical requirements across teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of agricultural or environmental science is a plus.
• Experience working with AI, geospatial data, IoT integration, or agritech applications is an advantage.

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm

Salary: $4,000 to $5,500 per month

Contract Duration: 1 year (with option to extend)

AWS : 1 month for every 12 months continuous service

What’s the role?

The Software Engineer shall be focused on back-end software development of an in-house optimisation product built on Python. Full stack development skillsets (including React experience on front-end) is a bonus, but not a must. You are expected to have a clear understanding of software coding standards, and experience in collaboration with an agile team. You shall be working closely alongside business analysts, designers, architects and software engineers to ensure timely delivery of product backlog items.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand RESTful web API development using Java and its associated technologies
• Conduct DPIAs to identify and mitigate risk and personal data during the development of ICT systems as
• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, coding, debugging, and maintenance, to deliver efficient and reliable software solutions on schedule and in accordance with PDPC guidelines for Data Protection by Design.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or its equivalent
