Key Responsibilities

• Designing tailored MS Dynamics CRM solutions to meet client needs
• Overseeing all phases of testing and user acceptance
• Providing training for users and administrators
• Showcasing CRM capabilities and solutions to clients
• Handling data integration from various platforms into MS CRM
• Offering expertise in Microsoft Dynamics as a subject matter authority
• Documenting client requirements and solution designs
• Provide Microsoft Dynamics Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to clients and mentor team members

• 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016/365
• Strong in designing and implementing technical CRM specifications
• Experience with On-premise CRM
• Knowledge of CRM API, REST/ODATA, SOAP, and On-premise deployment
• Skilled in ETL technologies: Data Export Service, Azure SQL, SSIS
• Expertise in CRM customization techniques using JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML
• Background in SQL Server, SSRS, including plugin and script creation
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field

Experience of the following:

• Analysis, design, development, implementation of IBM App Connect Enterprise (IBM ACE), IBM WebSphere MQ
• ESQL or Java in developing components.
• SOA, Messaging, Transformation Engines, Web Services, and Data Integration techniques
• Designing and developing SOAP and REST Web Services.
• Implementing API Service architectures (SOAP, REST) using any of the market-leading API Management tools

3-4 years of experience in :

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement all stages of System Development Life Cycles (SDLC) including Requirements, Logical and Physical Architectural Modelling, Design, Development, Implementation, Support and Threat/Risk assessment.
• Demonstrate success in coding with little to no errors, with problem-solving including root cause analysis, defining issues and recommending solutions.
• Communicate effectively on technical and/or business issues ensuring that customers and teams have a clear understanding of solutions recommended and intended outcomes.
• Understand and guide other development teams around best practices to create web services or any other appropriate integration endpoints.Other duties as assigned

Overview

We are seeking individual with a passion for generating and writing clean code. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the development and support of .NET/C# projects and applications, ensuring the highest quality and commitment throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This pivotal position involves providing state-of-the-art technology solutions that drive forward company’s product offerings. Responsibilities

• Engage in the full software development lifecycle: analyzing requirements, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting client and server-side applications/microservices developed in .NET Core and the latest .NET Framework.
• Uphold code quality through unit tests, static code analysis, and other code quality metric tools.
• Address production issues promptly as they arise.
• Implement best practices, standards, and procedures, including quality and delivery methodologies, ensuring compliance with documented software processes and procedures throughout the lifecycle of software products.
• Research and evaluate software-related technologies and products.
• Collaborate with a team of software developers using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate with Development Leads and Product Managers to determine appropriate functionalities and implementation strategies.
• Take an active role in continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

You will need min degree in a technology-related field (e.g., computer science, MIS, etc.) or equivalent technical education.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with .NET C# development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core (.NET 6), and .NET Framework 4.7 or higher.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Excellent understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, secure coding practices, and microservices architecture in .NET.
• Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.Net MVC 3.0 Framework or higher.
• Familiarity with XML, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript is essential.
• Experience with Angular 7.0 or higher is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience within Agile software development methodologies in a multi-division processing company (international experience is highly desirable).
• Good understanding of Entity Framework or NHibernate ORM is a plus.
• Design and development of performant asynchronous solutions.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Management Studio, relational databases, and SQL for implementing database-driven, web-based applications using T-SQL/PL-SQL and Stored Procedures.
• Familiarity with SQL performance tuning techniques.
