Your Future Role

• Manning of the office and retail mall information counters
• To assist and support shoppers’ needs and requests at the customer service counter
• Ensure all CX related reports are accurately recorded – inventory, redemption transactions, shift reports, lost & found, enquiries log
• Resolve receipt dispute issues by liaising with merchant and shoppers
• Respond to Live Chat and online enquiries, including feedback related to general enquiries

• Develop and refine brand guidelines, including logo design, colour schemes, typography, and visual elements.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels, including print, digital, and social media and create designs that expresses our brand personality, and message to its target audience.
• Design brand asset templates such as advertisements, brochures and website elements that align with the brand’s identity.
