Requirements:

· Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Work from rough sketches and specifications created by the project manager.
• Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software.
• Draft and prepare layout drawings.
• Collaborate with contractors and project managers on projects.
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
• Knowledgeable to draw for C&S, Mechanical and Electrical works using CAD

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.

As the Business Leader of APJ GSIs you will set an innovative sales strategy, deliver results through the development of joint industry IP, identify and close large-scale IT Outsourcing renewals, and develop a high performing team of industry leaders in their own right. You will hire, lead, and develop a global team, own operational execution of attainment against global targets, and create/manage/maintain executive relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and rapidly expand the AWS global relationship engaging with, and selling through two of the top Global Systems Integrator (GSI) and Advisory firms in the world
• Drive revenue growth and cloud adoption that exceeds that of the total company targets
• Lead a high-performing, global team, of Partner Development Managers and Partner Solution Architects deployed to over 20 countries
• Closely collaborate with executive stakeholders across the organization, including Field Sales, Business Development, Product, Finance, and Legal

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales, business development, partner development, or alliances management experience
• 10+ years of experience with GSIs and/or large enterprise sales and complex agreements
• 10+ years of experience as a leader of leaders, supporting globally distributed teams.
• Proven success building a high performing global organizations spanning multiple GSIs
• Experience operating large complex businesses from millions, to billions of dollars in revenue (USD)
• Experience developing complex solutions with C-suite customers and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree or 15+ years equivalent relevant experience
• An evangelist of the cloud era with deep experience in an industry or technology domain
• An Influencer who has strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
• Experience building business cases for multi-million dollar investments at C-suite level
• Familiarity with selling/managing large partner programs, ideally to the Public Cloud

Job Responsibilities

Design,Coordination & Implementation

• Contribute to the design thinking and process
• To create innovative design solutions from project inception to completion， conceptualization, preparation of plans /graphics / documentation /write-ups, specifications, and all other project related materials
• Well versed with drawing production SOP, format, processes and organization.
• Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Budget and Tender Documentation
• Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the landscape site works
• Monitor & manage project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule.
• Attend project / technical / consultant meetings/tender interviews where required.
• Any other duties as and when assigned, e.g. Design competition

Design & Build Sales

• Meeting clients to understand client needs and crafting the design brief, learn client relationship management (pain points and delight).
• Cultivate sensibilities to user interface and experience of the landscape programme when preparing landscape proposal and sales pitch to win a Client.
• Once the design is finalized, prepare a Bill of Quantity for Client’s approval for landscape implementation.
• Work with operations department and other contractors to deliver the intended design, inclusive of on-site coordination and problem-solving.
